Thanks @Rongzhong Li for the quick reply, using the Uno I was able to burn the bootloader and the nyboard is now working and I'm able to upload sketches again. I had uncommented the line for DEVELOPER mode as I was exploring the code but may have tried to upload the code too many times too quickly. Very good to know for the future, thanks again
