It is certainly harder to install these springs than I'd like it to be. I hope this feature gets redesigned. I was finally successful using dental floss as described by Stephen Frede. BTW - I am in my 70's and have something called 'Essential Tremor'. Stick with it.

I am very pleased to report that I now have all 8 springs installed due to the assistance of dental floss. Thank you, Stephen Frede, for the suggestion! Although I ordered a spring installer tool, I have not yet received it and, clearly, did not need it. Oh, well.

@Rongzhong Li Thank you for the link to the spring installer tool. I have ordered one using the STL file. When it arrives, I shall let this thread know how I did with it. I am also intrigued by the suggestion from Stephen Frede (below) to use dental floss as an aid and shall try that too. Thanks to everyone for suggestions.

Rongzhong, Thank you for your prompt reply. I have tried to install my springs following this video over 50 times but without success. Not one spring is yet installed. Apparently, my thumb is too large, too weak, or both. Is there somewhere I can mail my parts so that the springs installed for a fee? 😫 Thank you.
