I cannot get the mobile app to recognize Bittle via Bluetooth.
I used the Desktop app (Windows) to upload the firmware and to calibrate.
Bittle works fine with the IR keypad but not on Bluetooth.
To run the app on my phone.
I turn on Bluetooth and location.
Then open the Petoi App.
Petoi app scans but does not find Bittle.
App re-scans and still does not find Bittle.
Led light on Bluetooth card continues to blink.
However, I can go to the Bluetooth app on my phone and pair Bittle.
Bittle is recognized. Led light is steady.
Bittle wakes ups, beeps, moves a little.
then after a few seconds Bluetooth connection is dropped.
Led light goes back to blinking and Bittle is unpaired.
No Bluetooth connection to Bittle.
What am I doing wrong??
PS at this moment I have no arduino ide, python etc. programing experience and purchased Bittle to learn. thx

Hi, after a samsung update apk 1.0.2 and 1.0.3 works now. ( but the app from play store still cant launch scan button)
We are going to roll out another update to the play store.
I downloaded and installed v 1.0.2 and it works with my pixel 3 running android 12
I have the same issue.
I downloaded the mobile app today (Dec 15, 2022). My Bittle is a kit.
The mobile app does not list any Bittle or Nybbile device. Click at the "Re-scan connection", nothing happens.
We are trying to reproduce and fix the bug. Could you try the 1.0.2 version for now?
It works when Location is active. Can this option be waived?
The app used a toolkit that required location permission. It's not easy to modify the low-level dependencies.
Hi, Thanks for the reply. I downloaded the app on December 2nd and the robot was a kit that I ordered on November 17.
Hi, according to your screenshot, the robot is running the firmware of the camera demo. It doesn't support the standard app functionalities. You may roll back to the normal mode using either the desktop app or Arduino IDE.
okay how do I do that with the desktop app? I reloaded the firmware using the standard option but nothing changed.
Hi, with two more customers's reports, we now recognize it as a bug in the new version of App. We are trying to fix it ASAP.
