Hi,
One of the knee joints of my nybble (c15) does not seem to be responding to the calibration codes in the serial monitor. All body parts were attached to the servos only after calibration command (c), but still, this one limb is stuck. How can this be fixed?

Thank you! I have just sent an e-mail with the required details.
Thank you again for your reply. I have changed the servo of this leg with another servo and it worked in an excellent way, so this must the problem must be in the servo itself and not the software setup. Where can I order a new servo?
Thank you K
In the new video, I don't hear the noise as in your previous video.
What's your calibration value on joint 15? Try "c15 0" and enter "s". where does the servo stop at? If it gets stuck by the body, take it off and put it as the calibration angle (90 degrees to the upper leg). Then try "m15 -50" and "m15 50" to see whether it moves.
Could you plug the other knee servo to the pin where you connect the left-back knee? If the swapped servo behaves the same way, then it's probably a problem in the software setup.
Hi and thank you for your reply. The noise comes from the same stuck leg (servo number 15). I have tried to follow the advice of pushing the motor inward but it did not help. Please watch the attached video as I explain further about the stuck leg, sound on. I hope there can be a solution.
In the later demo when the cat switches postures, does the noise come from the left knee? I once got the same problem.
If you unscrew the servo's bottom cover, and push the motor inward very hard, you can feel a click. Then the output gear of the motor will be engaged with the other gears.
Please let me know if it fixes the problem.
