Sadly, I do not have access to a 3D printer. If at all possible I prefer to send you money for the single sheet as shown in the previous photo. Can you do this for me?
The warping should not break the other structures because the wood is not very hard. They are usually flattened when constrained by the structure. The order and tricks during installation is more important.
Do you have access to a 3D printer? I can email you the STL file for the rings.
Shipping can be expensive so I recommend you try super glue first. They work pretty well with wood fiber. If you still need a replacement, do you need just the single sheet or the whole set? Could you take a picture to specify?
myself with lots of free time and begin to assemble the Nybble with the warped plywood.
(By the way I found it too difficult to capture the warp of the plywood panel in a photo so I never sent one.)
Unfortunately I now have two cracked parts due to the warpage. Referring to the photo, both Shoulders are warped, causing both Rings to crack. I need to replace all four parts, but I would rather get (or buy) a new set of plywood. Keep in mind only the one panel was warped. Is there anything you do to help?

Do you have a picture of the piece? The pieces will be interlocking each other after installation so the warping won’t affect functionalities.
