Bittle has great potential to do real work, suitably equipped. Here the concept of added robot arm and trailer suggests a greatly enhanced capability to load and move objects.
Making a Bittle Trailer is an easy student project. The design key is a gooseneck hitch that allows Bittle to turn tightly without leg collisions and to position a robot arm for loading and unloading. Note the complex multi-sensing head with roll-cage protection, now seen in many advanced practical robots.
