I am able to use Bittle X with Mind+ on a windows 10 computer, but on a windows 11 computer, I cant connect via Bluetooth.

Actually this post is referencing the STEM Bittle. Also, is there a way to make it compatible with Windows 11?

Yes, may be Windows 11 is not compatible with the communication protocol of the Bluetooth module.
