I got the same problem here amoung others. I've tried to connect it via Bluetooth point 4.2.6. from the Manual https://bittle.petoi.com/4-configuration The bluetooth pairing doesnt work and the webapi link leads to the forum for some reason. I hope somebody figured it out *edit I also tested the Infrared each button gives this output
