Well I briefly tried but didn't manage. I would still like to manage to make it work again so I'm wondering what's the diagnosis process. I'm ready to dedicate more time to isolate if something is broken and if need be buy it again e.g https://www.petoi.com/products/nyboard-customized-arduino-board Any suggestion on a step by step process which would insure identifying what fails, hardware or software?

Initially I didn't remove the screws but as I was unable to get a working calibration and I noticed the servos were forcing I removed them.

Thanks I'll try. To clarify it is now as-is from the video, namely I didn't touch the camera module for months. I plan to only try it again once the rest works. PS: yes I worry about the servos when it "cailbrates" yet forces clearly beyond the normal angle range (at least from that starting point) but I believe (maybe naively) that they all work well.
