found the screws to screw them in :). somehow missed that in the instructions. nevermind :).

I'm not sure what I did, but things are working now. I viewed the calibration table by hitting 'c' in the serial monitor, did NOT make any changes, and suddenly things "just worked." it's almost like running through that command caused the right values to be written or something. odd. anyway, it "zero's" position fine now.
