I see. There's no dongles attached to the 1x6 port. When using 'cat /dev/ttyS0' I receive an I/O error, is it possible that this could be a hardware issue? How would I go about changing the serial port? I appended /dev/ttyS0 to allPorts (on line 525, it's possible that it wasn't being appended as my uname is not 'raspberrypi') but now both ports are identified by ardSerial. Will this be an issue?
