I had a helpful tech support call with Rz and determined that I needed a new Bittle board. I've replaced the board and all is working. Thanks for being so responsive!

Tried this many, many times. Same result. Also: IR remote does not work either. Totally stuck.

I just bought my pre-constructed Bittle and received a "bootloader" board with it (though no instructions for it and no label on it to tell me what it is!). I found the instructions for the bootloader here: https://docs.petoi.com/technical-support/burn-bootloader-for-nyboard#use-the-simple-bootloader-resetter, but there are no instructions in the video to tell me what to do if the green light does NOT go on steadily. My green light blinks and then stops. So I'm stuck at that point, as I imagine everyone else is.

Here's the user experience you can expect.

Super-unhelpful. You can't upgrade the firmware" if you cannot connect via USB (or bluetooth). I've tried on both Mac and Windows and using both USB-C and mini-USB. Always get this error: "The Device Doesn't seem to be a Petoi Robot" no matter what I do. Looks like no one is monitoring this forum. Sad. I have the same problem and there are no solutions available. Sending it back for a refund.
