My Bittle falls on her face when she try to walk.... she can do all the other moves like pee, shake, stretch, etc just fine. Also seems to be able to walk backwards ok... do I need to recalibrate? Will I lose my joint calibrations?

Yep, the surface friction has a big impact. You can see at Gero's experiments with changing movement settings here: https://www.petoi.com/forum/basic-assembly-and-setup/movement-issues-with-attached-bittle-socks
I have and used the tools and I'm pretty confident they're aligned properly... again it walks fine on the wood floor but not on the rugs.
try aligning the legs with this tool via OpenCat:
with a bit of patience it is possible to have it perfect and it makes a difference in the robot movement
This is without the socks...
yes, remove the rubber "socks"
Yep, a combination of that and moving off of the carpet onto a solid surface fixed the issues... is there a way to make the carpet walking work?
@Dave Bullock don't forget that RZ also gave us an option to move center of gravity by design. Just move your battery:
or even put battery other way around, the thinner part in the front
You need to use the "L" tuner as a reference to fine calibrate the joints. Details are covered in the calibration chapter of bittle.petoi.com.
