Have you put the Bittle （Nyboard） on the horizon surface and execute calibration program when running "WriteInstincts.ino" skectch?

The switch is set Arduino

Do you have a screenshot of the output? Have you dialed the switch on NyBoard to Arduino rather than Pi?
