Mobile App doesn't recognise Nybble as Petoi robot.

Our Nybble has the version 1.2 board. Using either an Android or an iPhone, we get the same result. We see BittleBLE-CD01B9 in the list of devices...with a status of Disconnect. We tap Disconnect, the status changes to Connect and the little black box displays and eventually the error "This device doesn't seem to be a Petoi robot" appears.


I think this problem has been caused by a Firmware update. We've redone the Firmware update.


Any ideas what could have gone wrong?


We have a Nybble with a version 1.1 board that works fine. We've never applied an update to it.

According to the screenshot attached, maybe the computer can't recognize the serial port after you use the USB uploader and USB data cable to connect to the computer. please send the screenshot of the Device Manager as follows:

If the serial port isn't shown in the list, please install the driver first.

Then upgrade the firmware via the Petoi Desktop App.
