Struggling setting up the Bittle dog.
Are there clear step-by-step instructions which software to download (link for Mac), how to connect (nothing happens when I plug the board into the USB port), which other files to download (precise link and list of required files, not only "go to github"), what to do with these files and how to upload them to the board?

Alternatively, you may try this simplified firmware uploader that's independent of the Arduino environment.
