I want to change the servo mapping on my board (V1.0). But, the changes in the array pins ....
don't work. The pins definition in the class Move is also obsolete. Is there a position to change the papping in the software??

The mapping is in OpenCat.h, the array of pins.
You need to upload WriteInstinct.ino after the edit because the constants are saved to the on chip EEPROM.
