If my USB board came with a missing port am I screwed?
As said in the title the USB adapter board for programming arrived missing its USB port (the metal bit you plug into) Is it possible to program the device over Bluetooth?
I could solder one on but I would have to order some and the post in my part of the world is very slow, any advice?

Yes, you can program it through the Bluetooth dongle. Plug it into the socket and connect it with your PC's Bluetooth. The password is 0000 or 1234. Then you can find the port under the tools tab.
I can reimburse you for the USB port if you can solder it on by yourself. Sorry for the inconvenience. Do you have a picture of the missing USB port? I want to show it to my supplier to avoid it in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience.
