Continuous alarm sounding
My Bittle gives a continuous alarm when connected via USB, reset does not work. Remote does not work. Just before that I could do a reset and recalibrate. At then end only the c command worked,
What does this mean?

You need to turn on the battery by long-pressing its button for 2~3 seconds.
The WriteInstinct.ino only writes constants to the board so it doesn't have the low voltage alarm. You need to upload OpenCat.ino afterward. I suggest you download the newest OpenCat repository on GitHub as we keep upgrading the code.
Please refer to chapter 4 of the user manual at docs.petoi.com. It's a complex system to be understood carefully.
