Recently picked up the bittle kit, assembled pretty easily but cannot for the life of me get the code uploaded, keeps saying the following attached bellow.

I do not know how to code nor do i know where to enter anything, any video or help would be appreciated, i saw this video and it was very helpful till i got to the programming part.
