Basic Assembly and Setup

Hello, I bought a new pre-assembled voice c. Bittle X. It reacts correctly to Attention and Black flip, but then it gets crazy doing things out of control. When using app. has a problem with basic commands like walking (rather crawling) etc.

Should I download new firmware or calibrare it to fix its movement?
